New 2026 to 2027 Plan Crosswalk Finder
Find the next best plan for your clientele.
HealthSpring has introduced a new self-service tool designed to help agents quickly identify 2027 plan options for their clients. The 2026–2027 Plan Crosswalk Finder provides one convenient place to review upcoming changes across HealthSpring’s Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan portfolio.
Rather than reviewing multiple crosswalk and plan documents, agents can use the tool to see which plans are renewing, crosswalking, consolidating, being added or terminating for 2027.
Important Reminder Before Submitting an Enrollment
If a member is already enrolled in a plan and is scheduled to be automatically crosswalked into a corresponding plan for 2027, an AEP enrollment application should not be submitted for that member.
Submitting another application will create a duplicate request, and the application will be denied. No action is required from the agent or member when the member is being automatically crosswalked into a 2027 plan.
Before submitting an enrollment application:
- Verify the member’s current plan enrollment.
- Use the Plan Crosswalk Finder to confirm whether the member is scheduled to automatically crosswalk into a 2027 plan.
- Submit an AEP enrollment only if the member is selecting a different plan from the expected crosswalk plan or making another valid coverage change.
How to Access the Plan Crosswalk Finder
Log in to HealthSpringforBrokers.com and select Medicare Producers’ University from the Tools menu.
Once there, agents can access the tool in one of two ways:
- Open the Plan Crosswalk Finder while logged in.
- Search for “Crosswalk Finder 2026-2027” within Producers’ University.
What Agents Can Find in the Tool
The Plan Crosswalk Finder identifies whether a plan is:
- Renewing
- Renewing with a Service Area Reduction
- Consolidating into another plan
- New for 2027
- Terminating
The dashboard also provides a high-level view of HealthSpring’s Medicare Advantage plan changes:
- 243 total plans
- 109 renewing plans
- 56 renewing plans with Service Area Reductions
- 12 consolidated plans
- 18 new plans
- 48 terminated plans
Search and Filter Options
Agents can search for plans using:
- Plan number
- Contract number
- Plan name
- County
Additional filters are available to narrow results by:
- State
- Market
- Plan type
- Plan status
- Dual Special Needs Plan only
Agents can toggle between the Medicare Advantage and Part D menu options at the top of the page. When viewing Part D plans, the tool displays filters specific to HealthSpring’s 2027 Prescription Drug Plan changes.
How the Tool Can Support Your Business
The Plan Crosswalk Finder displays the current 2026 plan and its corresponding 2027 plan when one is available. For terminating plans, it identifies whether members will be crosswalked into another plan or if no alternative option is available.
Agents can use the tool to:
- Review plan changes without referencing multiple documents
- Identify replacement plans to support member retention
- Respond more quickly to client questions about upcoming plan changes
- Find renewal, consolidation and termination information in one place
