Highmark’s 2027 Medicare Advantage Enrollment Guides and Roadmaps are now available to pre-order through Marcom!
Important Pre-Order Deadlines
- Place your pre-order by Friday, September 4, to receive your shipment during the week of September 21.
- Orders placed by Friday, September 11, are expected to arrive during the week of September 28.
Highmark will continue adding new sales resources to Marcom as they become available. Upcoming materials include an Onboarding Checklist flyer, a TruHearing flyer, and additional resources. Neishloss & Fleming recommends checking Marcom regularly for updates.
How to Pre-Order Your Materials
- Log in to the Highmark Producer Portal.
- Select Marcom under Producer Resources.
- From the catalog, select Medicare Enrollment Materials.
- Select 2027 MA Enrollment Materials.
- Choose the enrollment materials you would like to order.
New Medicare Enrollment Materials Budget Program
Highmark has implemented a new Enrollment Materials Budget Program to help reduce excess shipments and unused printed materials, encourage greater use of digital enrollment and reference tools, and establish a more consistent ordering process for agents.
Key Program Details
Each agent will receive a $75 budget for enrollment materials. Agents can customize their orders based on their individual business needs, as long as the selections remain within the provided budget and established quantity limits.
Roadmaps and Plan Comparison Grids are not included in the $75 budget. However, orders for these materials are limited to 100 copies.
Material Pricing
- Enrollment Kits: $1 per kit
- Formularies: $3 per formulary
- Directories: $8 per directory
