Protect Yourself from Complaints with Our Seven-Step Plan

As you work with beneficiaries year-round to enroll them in a new plan, ensuring that you are setting them up for new member success in a plan that fully meets their needs is a firm foundation that leads to long-term satisfied members.
Member dissatisfaction can often spiral quickly to a complaint filed within the CMS Complaint Tracking Module (CTM), possibly harming your reputation, costing you time and money and leaving you wondering what you could have done differently.

To help counteract the potential negative effects even one complaint can have, take a few minutes to review our new Seven Step Plan for Reducing Member Complaints resource.

Following the guidance and utilizing the provided tools and resources within this plan can help you provide helpful and accurate service in matching a beneficiary to the best plan, while ensuring that all compliance requirements are being met for the protection of both you and your beneficiary.
