Updates to Sub-Agency Contracting
Exciting Update for 2025: Simplified Onboarding Process for Downline Agencies
As part of our updated processes for 2025, sub-agency contracts will no longer be required to onboard your downline agencies. Instead, as part of the new process, we will simply reach out to you for approval as the upline before proceeding with onboarding any new sub-agency within your hierarchy. Once we’ve received your written approval and collected all necessary information, we’ll move forward with getting your sub-agency fully onboarded with Devoted Health!

We’re excited to announce the launch of our annual Agency Contact Review and Update beginning in 2025! Over the next few months, your agency will receive a personalized email with a customizable template to help you update the contact details for your approved agency contacts. Keeping your information current is essential for ensuring we can send timely updates and important communications directly to the right people at your agency. Stay tuned for more details!

Monthly Forms
At Devoted Health, we have several forms that should be submitted on a recurring basis. Please find the details of the forms and access to them below:
Subcontracted Relationship Form:
Please remember all subcontracted relationships used for marketing, lead generation, enrollment, and sub agencies must be submitted to Devoted Health per CMS requirements. If you haven’t done so yet, you can access the link below to submit. Newly contracted relationships should be disclosed within 30 days.

Devoted Health would like to keep you informed on communications we send to your brokers and update you regularly on marketing assets / tools available through our Marketing Storefront.
