GTL Makes Hospital Indemnity Claims Easier
Great news for your Guarantee Trust Life Hospital Indemnity clients!
GTL policyholders can now submit Hospital Indemnity claims online through the GTL Customer Portal, making the claims process faster, simpler, and more convenient.
Once logged in, policyholders can select “Submit Hospital Indemnity Claim” under the Claims tab to begin.
The new online experience allows clients to:
- Save time and reduce paperwork
- Upload supporting claim documents and bills directly
- Review pre-populated basic information
- Follow simple, step-by-step submission instructions

Policyholders can access the portal by visiting GTLIC.com and selecting Policy Login in the top navigation.
Please note: Claim numbers are generated within one business day of submission.
