Important Wellabe Contracting Update
As AEP approaches, Wellabe has announced an upcoming health agent contracting blackout period. If you anticipate any Wellabe onboarding, contracting, or transfer activity this fall, now is the time to submit your requests.
From October 1 through December 7, 2026, Wellabe will pause:
- New agent onboarding
- New agent contracting
- Agent transfers
Contracting and onboarding activities will resume on December 8, 2026.
Key Reminders
- The blackout period runs from October 1 through December 7, 2026.
- Requests submitted during the blackout will not be held for future processing.
- Any requests submitted during this period will need to be resubmitted after contracting reopens on December 8.
- Wellabe will not make exceptions during the blackout period.
If you need to be contracted, onboarded, or transferred with Wellabe before AEP, we encourage you to review your plans and submit all necessary requests before October 1.
Do not wait until the blackout begins. Submit your Wellabe contracting and transfer requests as soon as possible to avoid delays.
