Important Aetna AOR Changes
Aetna has announced an important change to the process for member-initiated Agent of Record, or AOR, requests.
Effective September 1, members can no longer request an AOR change by calling Aetna Member Services. Members who want to change their AOR must submit the request directly to Aetna Medicare Broker Services using one of the following methods:
- Mail: Send a signed, handwritten or typed letter to:

Pittsburgh, PA 15238 - Email: Send the request to brokersupport@aetna.com
As an agent, make sure clients are aware of this updated process so their requests are sent to the correct team and can be handled as efficiently as possible.
