We are excited to announce that, effective August 1, 2025, Highmark’s fitness benefit will be administered by SilverSneakers for all Medicare Advantage, D-SNP, and Medigap (enrolled in Whole Health Balance) members.
If your clients were previous SilverSneakers members, their accounts will be reactivated with their previous information, providing them access to participating gyms and fitness facilities.
Along with in-person facilities, SilverSneakers also offers live, virtual classes and a library of on-demand videos accessible through their website, SilverSneakers.com, or app, SilverSneakersGO. We will be proactively communicating this change to members through letters and automated calls in early July. Below are copies of the member communications being sent:

After August 1, 2025, clients can simply log in to their SilverSneakers account or visit a participating gym to utilize their benefit. For login assistance, clients can contact SilverSneakers at 1-888-423-4632. Offline or non-email users can also call this number to obtain their ID.
