To be eligible to market and sell 2027 Wellcare products beginning Oct. 1, 2026, all agencies must complete the 2027 recertification requirements by Sept. 30, 2026.
It’s time to complete your annual requirements to remain eligible to market and sell Wellcare Medicare Advantage products for the 2027 plan year.
In addition to completing the 2027 Annual Certification Training (ACT) once it becomes available on July 21, you must also complete your annual recertification available within Centene Workbench.

What is Recertification?
Recertification is the annual process of reviewing and updating your information, completing required documents and confirming that you continue to meet the requirements to sell Wellcare products for the upcoming plan year.
To help ensure a smooth recertification process, please:
- Review and update your demographic information to ensure your records are current.
- Complete all required recertification documents.
- Sign and date all forms where indicated before submitting them.
- Complete all required annual training.
Completing these requirements as soon as possible will help avoid processing delays and ensure you remain eligible and compliant for the upcoming plan year.
Important Deadlines
- Complete all 2027 annual training requirements by Sept. 30, 2026, to market and sell 2027 Wellcare Medicare Advantage products and avoid suspension beginning Oct. 1, 2026.
- Failure to complete both recertification and annual training by Oct. 15, 2026, will result in suspension.
