Just-in-Time Agent Appointments
In April, Elevance Health shared that they were preparing to implement Just-in-Time Agent Appointments in August. Elevance is adjusting the August implementation timeline to allow additional time to prepare for these important changes. They will keep you updated on progress and will share the revised implementation timeline in the future.
Appointment Fees
As part of their ongoing commitment to supporting broker partners, Elevance Health also announced on July 1, 2026 that they will waive appointment fees for new appointments in a broker’s state of residence.
