Wellabe Announces New Q4 Ancillary Sales Incentives for Agents

Wellabe’s New Q4 Ancillary Sales Incentives for Agents

Wellabe has introduced new incentive opportunities that can help agents earn additional income while addressing clients’ ancillary coverage needs during AEP.

From a tiered fourth-quarter incentive to a limited-time October bonus, agents have multiple ways to earn more from qualifying Hospital Indemnity, Short-term Care, Critical Illness, Cancer, and Dental applications. Agents can also earn additional credit toward Wellabe’s 2027 Agent Experience trip.

Here is what Neishloss & Fleming agents need to know.

Earn More With Wellabe’s Q4 Ancillary Sales Incentive

From October 1 through December 31, 2026, agents can earn additional compensation based on their total number of qualifying ancillary applications.

Eligible products include any combination of:

  • Hospital Indemnity
  • Short-term Care
  • Critical Illness: Cancer, Heart Attack and Stroke
  • First Diagnosis Cancer
  • Dental

Agents must submit a minimum of five qualifying applications to participate. Once that minimum is met, incentive payments are structured across three production tiers.

Incentive Payment Tiers

  • Tier 1: $50 per qualifying application for applications 1 through 10
  • Tier 2: $75 per qualifying application for applications 11 through 25
  • Tier 3: $100 per qualifying application for applications 26 and above

The more qualifying ancillary business you submit during the incentive period, the more you can earn per application.

Agents should review the official Wellabe incentive flyer for complete eligibility requirements, payment details, limitations, and rules.

Earn Additional Credit Toward the 2027 Agent Experience

Qualifying sales can also help agents earn additional points toward Wellabe’s 2027 Agent Experience trip to Sint Maarten.

During the incentive period, agents can receive:

  • 5X credit for Short-term Care
  • 3X credit for Critical Illness: Cancer, Heart Attack and Stroke
  • 3X credit for First Diagnosis Cancer
  • 2X credit for Hospital Indemnity

For agents working toward the 2027 Agent Experience, this is an opportunity to accelerate progress while helping clients explore protection beyond their primary health coverage.

Limited-Time October Instant Incentive

Agents may also have an opportunity to earn an additional bonus through Wellabe’s October Instant Incentive.

Through October 31, 2026, agents can earn an extra $50 for every approved application for either of the following products:

  • Critical Illness: Cancer, Heart Attack and Stroke
  • First Diagnosis Cancer

Wellabe has made 300 incentives available throughout October, so agents should not wait until the end of the month to submit eligible business.

Because incentive availability is limited, agents should review the complete program rules and confirm that an application qualifies before projecting any additional compensation.

Make Ancillary Coverage Part of the AEP Conversation

AEP naturally creates opportunities to review a client’s current coverage, healthcare priorities, and potential financial exposure.

As you help clients evaluate their Medicare coverage, consider whether they could benefit from a separate conversation about:

  • Out-of-pocket costs associated with a serious illness
  • Expenses that may not be covered by their primary health plan
  • Short-term care needs
  • Hospital stays and related costs
  • Dental, vision, or hearing needs
  • Additional financial protection following a cancer diagnosis, heart attack, or stroke

Ancillary products should only be discussed when they are appropriate for the client’s individual needs. However, asking thoughtful questions can help uncover coverage gaps that may otherwise be overlooked.
