Visit Producers’ University now to complete your 2026 Medicare Advantage (MA) and Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) Certification requirements. You can access Producers’ University via single sign-on after logging in to CignaForBrokers.

Here’s how to certify:
- Log in to Producers’ University via CignaForBrokers and click on My Learning once logged in.
- Complete all required training on your learning track or take advantage of our test-out option.1
- Launch and complete your AHIP certification directly from the learning track at our discounted rate of $125, or use this link.2
- Launch Pinpoint from your learning track at our discounted rate of $99.95.3 You can also upload a certificate from NABIP.
Check My Transcript to confirm all required trainings are 100% complete.
2026 certification details and features:
- Returning agents are exempt from completing the Selling with Integrity course.
- There is no separate PDP certification for agents who hold licenses in our MAPD states.
- The MAPD Products and Benefits Overview course qualifies you to sell our standalone PDP plans.
- Agents who only hold licenses in states where HealthSpring does not have a MAPD product will be assigned the standalone PDP course on the PDP-Only learning track.
- The Attestations course is included in the test-out track and must be completed whether or not you choose the test-out option. Attestations is required to be ready-to-sell.

Important note:
If you started our 2025 certification but did not successfully complete all the requirements (including uploading your AHIP certificate) prior to July 11, you are not certified to sell 2025 products/plans. The good news is that if you complete our 2026 certification, you will also be certified for the remainder of 2025.
