Wellcare: Key Dates for PY2026 Medicare AEP Readiness – AHIP/NABIP and First Looks

In preparation for the PY2026 Medicare selling season, we want to provide you with some key dates to be aware of moving forward.


Please mark your calendars for the following important launch dates:

2026 AHIP/NABIP Medicare Training

  • Accessible through Centene Workbench within the Medicare Certifications section of the Training menu.
  • Note: Last day to complete 2025 AHIP training is June 19. The last day to complete 2025 NABIP training is June 30. (if purchased by June 9.)

July 21, 2025

2026 Wellcare First Look

July 22, 2025

2026 Wellcare Annual Certification Training (ACT)

  • Accessible through Centene Workbench within the Required Training section of the Training menu.
  • Note: Last day to complete 2025 Wellcare ACT is July 8. Access to2026 AHIP/NABIP will continue uninterrupted.

July 22, 2025

Temporary Onboarding Blackout Period Within Centene Workbench

  • New agent onboarding and 2025/2026 Wellcare ACT will be unavailable.
  • Access resumes on July 22.

Note: Both onboarding and the Wellcare ACT must be completed to be Ready to Sell for 2026.
