Costco Now Accepts the Essence Healthcare Flex Card
Essence Healthcare members now have another convenient place to use their Flex Card. Costco has been added to the list of eligible retailers for vision, hearing and over-the-counter items, when applicable.
What Your Clients Need to Know
- A PIN is required at Costco. Before using the Flex Card, members must call WEX at 833-647-9633 to set up their PIN.
- Members with an OTC benefit can use the Essence Flex Spend app to scan products while shopping and confirm which items are eligible for purchase.
