Mailing of Highmark’s Annual Notice of Change documents (ANOCs) to members has begun. For your convenience, copies of these notices can be downloaded by clicking on the links below.
As a reminder, members whose plans are renewing will receive ANOCs, while those with terminating plans will receive a Notice of Nonrenewal Letter, scheduled to be mailed in late September.
