Agent best practices
It is important to understand your role as an agent and your influence on the clients. Your clients chose you because you’ll provide them with expertise, resources, and assistance in navigating through the complexities of health care and their plan.

Keep your clients happy and satisfied with your service by checking in on them, assisting them with their questions and concerns, and staying informed with plan information and benefits to provide additional resources.

Watch the short video on How to combat rapid disenrollment to learn more about rapid disenrollment agent best practices that’ll help you keep your clients. Follow up with your clients to ensure that they have received everything they need as a member of our plans.

Review the 2024 enrollment checklist for materials that members should receive, which is also on page 24 of the 2024 Smart Solutions brochure.
